• 8+ years in biotech/pharma, including 4+ years in patient access or reimbursement within oncology.
• 2+ years of buy and bill experience.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and oncology reimbursement dynamics.
• Proven stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to travel 50-75%.
