Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage field cadence, POA processes, and performance updates for leadership, ensuring consistent visibility into field impact and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA/MPH/MS/PharmD or equivalent).
• 7–8+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare experience.
• Experience in field force effectiveness, sales/medical operations, or analytics.
• Experience supporting customer-facing field teams and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance field force effectiveness priorities with Commercial and Medical Affairs.
• Translate strategy into actionable field execution frameworks and initiatives.
• Develop and manage field KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for Commercial.
• Monitor performance trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead business reviews and performance updates for leadership.
• Support targeting, segmentation, and call planning strategies.
