Job summary

The University of Iowa’s College of Engineering seeks an Associate Director of Records and Registration to lead undergraduate registration, records, and degree progression. You will ensure accurate information and timely graduation while advising students and coordinating transfer and study abroad initiatives.

You will collaborate across campus to improve services, manage enrollment, and support commencement activities, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy in FERPA-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with process management and continuous improvement.
• Experience with computerized information systems and policy interpretation.
• Ability to analyze operational issues and coordinate cross-functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collegiate registration procedures and deadlines with delegated authority.
• Manage scheduling and enrollment for college ENGR courses and waitlists.
• Lead transfer credit and degree-audit-related processes with offices.
• Plan and execute College of Engineering commencement events.
