Job summary

Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center is seeking an Associate Director to lead our annual giving program across multiple channels, building donor loyalty for a multi-location health system.

You will manage the Investor Collective and Echo Alliance, coordinate stewardship events, and serve as a key liaison between the Chief Philanthropy Officer and the communications team, ensuring strategic donor engagement across Baton Rouge and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three to five years of annual fund, direct response, or donor programexperience.
• Event or volunteer management experience preferred.
• Familiaritywith giving circles or membership programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes multi-channel annual giving campaigns from production through analysis, including first-time donor engagement.
• Manages the giving circles program (Investor Collective and Echo Alliance) and supports the community champions.
• Delivers mid-level donor stewardship and salon and stewardship event strategy.
• Serves as project liaison to Communications and Marketing and partners with Donor Services on segmentation.
• Serves as liaison between the CPO and the Administrative Coordinator and Board Liaison for the Regional Advisory Council.
