Job summary

Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center is seeking an Associate Director of Annual Giving to lead multi-channel campaigns and manage the Investor Collective and Echo Alliance, strengthening donor relationships across our Louisiana locations.

You will collaborate with Communications and Marketing, steward mid-level donors, and coordinate with the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Regional Advisory Council to advance the donor-engagement strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three to five years of annual fund, direct response, or donor program experience.
• Event or volunteer management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with giving circles or membership programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes multi-channel annual giving campaigns from production through analysis, including first-time donor engagement.
• Manages the giving circles program (Investor Collective and Echo Alliance) and supports the community champions.
• Delivers mid-level donor stewardship and salon and stewardship event strategy.
• Serves as project liaison to Communications and Marketing and partners with Donor Services on segmentation.
• Liaises between the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Administrative Coordinator and Board Liaison for the Regional Advisory Council.
