Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Technical Project Management in the Digital Manufacturing Division to drive digital transformation, automation, and data integration across capital projects supporting manufacturing startups and operational readiness.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end automation delivery (DCS, PLC, MES), ensuring compliance and data integrity, coordinating system integration, and enabling governance and issue resolution across engineering, automation,

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
10+ years' experience in automation, digital systems, or project leadership in regulated manufacturing.
Working knowledge of DeltaV, PLC/SCADA and manufacturing digital infrastructure.
Proven skills in project scope, schedule, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of automation systems (DCS, PLC, MES, historians) and manage scope, schedule and risks.
Ensure systems meet compliance, data integrity, cybersecurity, and validation standards.
Coordinate system integration, support FAT/SAT, and collaborate with Engineering, Automation, IT, Quality and vendors.
Drive project governance, reporting and issue resolution.
