MSD in Rahway, New Jersey seeks an Associate Director for Digital Process & Data Analysis (DPDA). You will lead digital reporting, analytics, and process optimization, partnering across business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions and governance.

You will champion data-driven decision making, enable user adoption, and build capability through stakeholder engagement and capability-building initiatives that maximize business value and operational effectiveness.

Competenze

• Non‑Degree or associate's degree with 10+ years of experience OR Bachelor's with 8+ years OR Advanced Degree with 4+ years in relevant field.
• Experience in Healthcare analytics/operations leadership is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage dependencies.

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of reporting solutions and analytics products.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Lead delivery governance: requirements, data readiness, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Produce executive insights by consolidating trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage ad hoc analytics intake and translate recurring requests into reusable assets.
• Coordinate benchmarking and translate findings into performance targets.
• Oversee data source refreshes, KPIs, and communication of changes.
• Strengthen documentation standards and mentor team members.
• Champion continuous improvement and pilot new technologies to reduce time-to-insight.
• Oversee documentation governance and access policies.
