This role partners across business and technical teams to define priorities and deliver end-to-end reporting solutions, enabling data-driven decisions and governance across portfolios. Competenze

• Non-degree or associate degree with 10+ years of experience in the field.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in the field.
• Advanced Degree (Masters/Doctorate) with 4+ years of experience in the field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives; ability to deliver data/reporting solutions.

Mansioni

• Lead solution delivery governance and ensure scalable outcomes.
• Produce executive-ready insights with trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Capture stakeholder needs and translate to technical deliverables.
• Manage intake and prioritization for ad hoc analytics and create reusable assets.
• Coordinate benchmarking and translate findings into performance targets.
• Oversee data source management and refresh schedules; monitor KPIs.
• Mentor specialists and enforce documentation standards in delivery.
