Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four to six years of experience in a fundraising position.
• Experience in personal solicitation and/or stewardship of major gifts preferred, in health care or higher education.

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual annual, major, and planned gifts.
• Partner with physicians leveraging grateful patient fundraising, with focus on oncology.
• Develop development strategies and complex proposals in coordination with faculty and senior management.
