Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director for the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) organization in Goleta, CA. In this onsite role, you will lead a cross-functional team to capture, grow, and execute strategic programs from development through sustainment, with accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance.

You will manage relationships with customers and suppliers, drive growth strategies, oversee program reviews, and mentor direct reports while ensuring compliance with security

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive program management experience.
• Experience leading development programs and managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government clearance is required before start.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for profit and loss, AOP development and execution, and EAC inputs.
• Develop and execute program growth strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across programs.
• Lead program reviews and development through customer engagement and supplier management.
• Develop contingency plans to address risks and maintain schedules.
• Provide regular updates to program leadership and executives.
• Lead proposals, negotiations, and capture activities.
• Mentor direct reports and oversee performance reviews.
