Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a data and analytics leader in New York to translate complex business questions into actionable insights. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and present POVs to clients on a regular basis.

With 5–7 years of analytics experience in advertising or consulting, you will drive optimization of media plans and consumer insights in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data.
• Experience in integrated marketing related to media and customer journeys.
• Knowledge of audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytics-driven solutions.
• Proven leadership and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of client issues and initiatives.
• Lead analytics initiatives to deliver actionable insights and narratives.
• Develop measurement plans and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Present reports and POVs to clients via calls and in person.
• Mentor analysts and managers; supervise cross-functional tasks.
