Job summary

Omnicom Media in New York is seeking an Associate Director, Data Management & Visualization to oversee end-to-end data workflows, QA, and reporting for a major client. You will lead a team of managers and analysts and partner with senior stakeholders to design scalable data solutions.

The role covers data integration, migrations, campaign naming standards, and platform knowledge (CM360, DSPs, Meta, Google Ads). Strong leadership, communication, and Tableau/Snowflake experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of end-to-end data flow, APIs, databases, and BI tools.
• Visualization and dashboard creation experience; Tableau preferred.
• Database experience (Snowflake preferred).
• Understanding of taxonomy creation and execution

Responsibilities

• Lead setup from scratch for new accounts/businesses including data flow design and delivery quality.
• Manage and execute large-scale data migration projects.
• Incorporate consistent processes and best practices across Mediabrands clients.
• Define and ensure adoption of campaign naming structures across platforms.
• Prepare and integrate outside datasets into analytics workflows.
• Implement QA processes and anomaly detection to safeguard data integrity.
• Engage with senior clients and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of data solutions.
• Provide leadership and ensure quality output from onshore/offshore teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Campaign Management: CM360, DSPs; Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X; Search: SA360, Bing, Google Ads.
