Hearts & Science in the United States is seeking a data and analytics leader to helm dashboarding and data ingestion for a healthcare client. You will guide data ingestion, QA, and end-to-end data workflows while leading a small analytics team to deliver client-ready insights.

The role requires deep experience in data management, BI tools, and marketing analytics, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data management, marketing analytics, BI, or related field.
• Experience in media/advertising agency or consultancy preferred.
• Demonstrated end-to-end data process management for complex environments.
• Proven ability to stand up dashboards used by clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead dashboarding team and data ingestion for healthcare client.
• Oversee data ingestion workstreams and QA for client dashboards.
• Lead data request and QA workstreams for advanced analyses.
• Manage a team of 2-3 data analysts.
• Identify data gaps and resolve with internal teams, clients, vendors.
• Evaluate data vendors for clients and maintain data standards.
• Develop data governance practices for accuracy, security, and access.
