Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Partner with the engineering team to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications and data solutions.
• Drive design and implementation of scalable application and data integration solutions.
• Manage projects throughout the full development lifecycle within an Agile environment.
• Promote engineering best practices, including automated testing, performance optimization, and CI/CD.
• Act as a bridge between business objectives and technical execution.
