Job summary

Mobility Global in New York Hybrid is seeking a Data Analyst to support data management and data quality across enterprise systems for sales analytics and automotiveMastermind initiatives.

You will translate business needs into data requirements, collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to design data-driven processes, and contribute to governance and validation of data models and transformations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Experience gathering data requirements, gap analysis, and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with modern data stack trends and applying them to problems.
• Strong understanding of data analysis for relational and dimensional databases.
• Solid working knowledge of database technologies, with relational database experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise data management strategies, ensuring data from multiple sources is structured and optimized for usability.
• Collaborate with data management teammates to test and improve data validation and quality controls.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to design data-driven processes for outreach, measurement, and attribution.
• Translate analytical concepts into engineering requirements for data models, validation protocols, and ETL processes.
• Assimilate data from multiple sources and support ad hoc analyses.
• Perform source data analysis and inform data model enhancements.
• Participate in data governance to prevent unapproved schema changes.
• Contribute to agile development by validating requirements and reviewing outputs.
