Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data governance, data products, digital solutions, and Agentic AI-enabled programs.
• Ability to develop policies, standards, SOPs, and governance processes.
• Working knowledge of data management, data quality, metadata, security/privacy, and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and compliance practices across data, data products, and digital solutions throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, guidance, and controls for ethical and compliant data/AI use.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed governance requirements into delivery processes.
• Support responsible AI with transparency, documentation, and oversight of AI use cases.
• Assess risks, track remediation actions, and drive continuous improvement of controls.
• Provide training and enablement to promote governance awareness.
• Support data quality, stewardship, access, metadata, and documentation practices.
• Contribute to governance reporting, audit readiness, and enterprise risk management.
