Qualifications

• Must have governance, compliance, privacy, risk or AI governance experience in regulated environments.
• Ability to develop policies, SOPs and governance processes with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, documentation, and training capabilities for broad audiences.
• Experience with healthcare compliance laws and data management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and compliance for data, data products, and digital solutions across the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, guidance, and controls for ethical data/AI use.
• Partner with privacy, legal, and business teams to embed governance into delivery processes.
• Support responsible AI via transparency, oversight, and appropriate documentation of use cases.
• Assess risks, track remediation actions, and drive continuous improvement of controls.
• Provide training and enablement to promote governance awareness and adoption.
• Support data quality, metadata, and documentation to improve trust and usability.
• Contribute to governance reporting, audit readiness, and enterprise risk management.
