Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Houston is seeking an Associate Director of Cost Management / Quantity Surveying to lead cost management services across commercial real estate, data centers, energy and infrastructure projects.

The role demands strong leadership, client-facing communication, and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver value, timely reporting, and best-practice solutions across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• RICS certification or equivalent accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cost management team and interface with the client, stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report on the overall commercial status of a project and drive best practice across the programme.
• Coordinate strategy for Cost Management and Project Controls across multiple sectors.
• Mentor and develop team members and promote Turner & Townsend values and leadership.
