Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction industry.
• RICS certification or working toward accreditation preferred.
• Demonstrated experience across multiple sectors and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management teams and ensure delivery across complex programs.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants throughout all stages.
• Perform cost control, change management, and quantity surveying activities.
• Develop and implement cost management procedures, templates, and tools.
• Mentor talent and grow high-performing teams aligned with client objectives.
• Provide regular project reporting on commercial status.
• Champion best practices and SOX controls where applicable.
