Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an Associate Director to lead cost management and quantity surveying across a portfolio of projects in the Seattle region. This leader will oversee complex CRE, infrastructure, and large-scale programs, driving client service, commercial management and project delivery.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, mentor talent, and expand Turner & Townsend's presence in the Pacific Northwest while embedding our values into daily practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• RICS certification or equivalent accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management team and interface with client, stakeholders and other consultants.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure delivery of best practices.
