Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services for a key client or a portfolio of clients. This role requires delivering high-quality service while effectively managing internal and external stakeholders.

The position supports a diverse portfolio across data centers, high-tech, commercial and mission-critical environments, with strong leadership, commercial acumen and a track record of driving project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in cost management within construction.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissions and ensure service delivery aligns with appointment terms.
• Manage financial performance across projects with margins and forecasts.
• Develop priority plans and risk mitigation using KPIs and metrics.
• Establish management controls and performance measurement aligned with goals.
• Support BMS audits and internal/external certification processes.
• Build market knowledge and contribute to pipeline development.
