Overview
How you can make a difference

As the Sr. Manager of Product Owners at HealthEquity, you will lead a high-performing team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, delivering user-centered solutions across our platforms. Your leadership will ensure clear product vision, well-defined requirements, and strong collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts
  • Driving initiatives aligned with HealthEquity's mission and strategy
  • Monitoring KPIs and performance indicators
  • Partnering across departments for successful launches and issue resolution
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs
  • Aligning resources with priorities
  • Training and developing team members
  • Managing delivery risks and communicating with stakeholders
  • Improving product processes and documentation
  • Partnering with service delivery and operations teams for issue resolution
What you will need to be successful
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven success in driving initiatives and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in healthcare and finance industries, especially spending accounts
  • Experience with 3rd party solutions and migrations
  • Experience with data sharing (API, file integrations)

Salary Range

$133,000 to $160,000 per year
