KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, Copilot Product Owner to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage transformation initiatives related to middle and back-office activities, including identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and executing through GenAI technologies.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to align efforts, foster collaboration, and meet transformation goals.
• Leverage GenAI capabilities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, automate tasks, and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to expanding GenAI capabilities within Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem, including integration and exploring new features.
• Create and maintain roadmaps for M365 Copilot capabilities and other Copilot solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of recent technology experience, including data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies; at least five years in Artificial Intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing research and development teams.
• Experience developing proof of concept projects and prototypes; ability to quickly understand new GenAI technologies.
• Ability to see both the big picture and short-term details, applying multiple AI solutions to business problems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills; capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
