KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, Copilot Product Owner for our Digital Nexus organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Drive and manage transformation initiatives related to middle and back-office activities, including identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and executing through GenAI technologies.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units, ensuring alignment and achievement of transformation goals.
• Leverage GenAI capabilities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to expanding GenAI capabilities within Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem, including integration and exploring new features.
• Create and maintain roadmaps for M365 Copilot and other Copilot solutions.

Qualifications :

• At least ten years of recent technology experience, including data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies; minimum five years in Artificial Intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing research and development teams.
• Experience developing proof of concept projects and prototypes, with the ability to quickly understand new GenAI technologies.
• Ability to see both the big picture and short-term details, applying multiple AI solutions to business problems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence organizational priorities.
