Job summary

Verizon is seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to support the Verizon Enhanced Communities division. This hybrid role encompasses legal term reviews, contract lifecycle management, and customer service, coordinating across legal, risk, and finance teams to ensure timely execution and accuracy.

You will manage templates, track commissions, and develop process improvements while training Sales personnel and BDMs. A high-volume, detail-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Eight+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Sales support and customer service.
• Experience drafting legal documents and agreements.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word (Tracking/Redlining features).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and revise Marketing, Bulk and other VEC Agreements.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts to assist negotiations.
• Prepare amendments to existing agreements as needed.
• Draft notices including default notices, price increases, etc.
• Collaborate with in-house counsel to finalize agreements before execution.
• Provide reports to leadership and support BDMs and Sales personnel.
