Job summary

Verizon is seeking a versatile Contract Manager to support the Contract Management Team within the VEC. You will handle legal/business term reviews, prepare amendments, and manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including billing and commission issues.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external contacts to ensure accurate data, effective templates, and compliant agreements, while enabling training for Sales personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in Sales support and Customer service experience.
• Experience drafting legal documents and agreements.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and revising Marketing, Bulk and other VEC Agreements to protect Verizon’s interests and increase revenue.
• Working with internal and external contacts to assist BDMs with negotiations.
• Preparing amendments to existing agreements as needed.
• Drafting notices including notices of default, price increases, etc.
• Collaborating with in-house counsel to finalize agreements before execution.
• Providing reports to the leadership team and supporting training for Sales personnel.
