Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks an experienced Associate Director of Program Management to lead cross-functional commercial and medical projects across North America.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years of experience in a consulting/advisory environment.
• Experience structuring complex problems and driving cross-functional alignment in fast-paced settings (pharma or life sciences preferred).
• Track record leading cross-functional planning initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in identifying critical paths and risks and driving early resolution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for broad audiences.
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation and AI-enabled programs in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools and enablement strategies in a commercial context; evaluating adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of key cross-functional commercial and medical projects across North America, with clear plans and milestones.
• Build and maintain project plans, track interdependencies, surface risks, and propose solutions to leadership.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs to align projects with goals.
• Embed within strategic initiatives, acting as a dedicated PM resource to brand leaders and workstreams.
• Champion AI enablement across commercial/medical functions and scale adoption of AI-powered tools.
• Support digital initiatives including omnichannel strategies and promotional technologies.
• Monitor project schedules, report progress, and assess risks with objective analysis.
• Prepare meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, document decisions and actions, and track follow-ups.
• Foster continuous improvement and excellence in project management.
