Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in US Market Pharma/BioPharma/Medical Equipment/Diagnostics or equivalent, including minimum 5 years in a commercial role.
• Proven success in managing end-to-end commercial skills building training for Commercial teams.
• Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute learning strategies for Marketing and Market Access to support launches and commercial performance.
• Partner with US and Global Marketing, Market Access, Marketing Excellence & Launch Excellence, and GLD teams to identify capability needs.
• Define and implement learning strategies for content strategy, omnichannel engagement, digital marketing, and evidence-based outcomes.
• Lead with Learning Creation leads and Production Hub to translate needs into scalable, compliant learning experiences.
