Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in US Market Pharma/BioPharma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a commercial (sales/marketing) role.
• Proven success in end-to-end commercial skills building training tailored for Commercial teams from needs assessment to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US and Global Marketing and Market Access teams to identify capability needs.
• Develop and implement learning strategies for marketing and market access.
• Support launch readiness and post-launch optimization with role-based curricula.
• Collaborate with GLD teams to translate needs into scalable learning experiences.
• Lead and influence senior stakeholders across matrixed teams.
