Job summary

Recursion is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Supply Chain to lead global strategy for late-stage programs and internationally expand trial footprints. You will manage demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, and distribution while coordinating with external vendors and IRT/RTSM systems.

We value hands-on IRT/RTSM experience, cGMP familiarity, and a data-driven, agile mindset to drive risk mitigation and speed to patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of clinical project management or clinical supply chain management experience.
• Direct experience managing the clinical supply chain for late-stage pivotal trials (Phase IIb/III).
• Strong knowledge of global clinical trial supply operations and regulatory constraints.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing IRT/RTSM systems; familiarity with cGMP/cGCP.
• Proven vendor oversight of packaging vendors and global depots; budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain strategy for global programs, establishing Phase I/II processes.
• Oversee demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, logistics, and inventory for expanding trials.
• Manage external packaging vendors and CMOs; optimize IRT/RTSM for complex trial designs.
• Build data-driven workflows using AI to optimize forecasting and logistics.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, QA, Regulatory, and CMC to align supply with milestones.
• Create scalable supply chain tools, SOPs, and risk-mitigation strategies for registrational trials.
