Revolution Medicines is seeking a senior leader to drive in‑house clinical AI solutions, analytics, and data initiatives. You will manage engineers and contractors, set delivery roadmaps, and ensure scalable, compliant deployment of AI/ML capabilities to support clinical trial data review and insights.

The role emphasizes hands‑on architecture, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration with IT and clinical functions to advance the portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
9+ years in software/data engineering, AI/ML, or related technical roles with leadership.
Hands‑on AI/ML experience including retrieval‑augmented generation and model deployment.
Strong programming in SAS, R, and Python for clinical data workflows.
Ability to translate scientific needs into scalable technical designs.

Responsabilités

Lead development and implementation of in‑house clinical applications and AI‑enabled solutions.
Mentor engineers and contractors; manage goals, feedback, and career development.
Define clinical solution roadmap with stakeholders and manage delivery risks.
Oversee dashboard and dataflow development for trial data review and insights.
Guide AI architecture, tooling, evaluation, and governance in regulated settings.
Collaborate with IT and Clinical Systems to integrate solutions across platforms.
