Job Title: Associate Director, Clinical Data Manager

Job Description

This position involves managing Data Management (DM) activities across multiple studies, including CRF design, database development, and data quality assurance. The role reports to the Head of Clinical Operations and serves as the primary point of contact for data review.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Data Management activities for multiple studies.
• Design Case Report Forms (CRFs) and develop databases.
• Ensure high data quality and integrity.
• Serve as the primary contact for data review processes.
• Manage relationships with external vendors.
  
  

Essential Skills

• 7+ years of clinical data management experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO settings.
• Experience with start-up and full lifecycle data management.
• Proficiency in setting up clinical databases.
• Experience with Veeva systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
• Proficiency in electronic data capture systems and clinical data management software.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS in scientific or health-related field.
• Experience in immunological and inflammatory (I&I) or small molecule studies is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations such as GDPR.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
