The Clinical Data Manager role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical care management role, preferably within a hospital healthcare system. Essential skills include a thorough understanding of Care Management processes, familiarity with industry-standard data management tools, knowledge of regulatory guidelines, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

General Description: A Clinical Data Manager plays a crucial role in contributing to the overall clinical and compliant performance of the Care Management teams across the health continuum.They must have a good understanding of Care Management workflows, KPIs, goals, and strategies. They are responsible for managing the collection, organization, and analysis of Care Management program data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the overall success of the Care Management team. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of data management principles and practices.

Education: Bachelor's degree in related healthcare field. A master's degree is preferred.
