The Associate Director of Channel Development will develop and execute growth strategies for CenterWell’s MSO (Management Services Organization)/IPA network. This role is responsible for leading and supporting a team in an effort to engage independent primary care practices on Centerwell’s MSO/IPA offering. This role will be responsible for leading their team to achieve aggresive targets around the recruitment of providers into CenterWell IPA Solutions, and driving meaningful membership growth. This role is for someone who has experience leading teams and building a positive, results-oriented culture. This person should have first-hand experience engaging with providers, closing business deals, consistently meeting and exceeding goals, and an extensive understanding of value-based agreements and provider contracting.
The Associate Director of Channel Development will be the subject matter expert on Centerwell’s MSO/IPA product portfolio and support the strategic deployment of that portfolio to grow provider partnerships that drive the business towards its membership and revenue goals. This role will be accountable for achieving annual growth targets for their region. This role will require leaning in to support team members with everything from strategy development, sales support and provider contract negotiations. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing meaningful relationships in their region through a broad collaboration with corporate leadership, partners across contracting, key local partners, and our market leadership teams, among others. This person is expected to be an expert on MSO relationships for their region, and to be able to provider regular executive level leadership updates on progress, marketing considerations and future growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
The Associate Director of Channel Development leads and supports a team of individuals responsible for recruiting local provider practices to join CenterWell IPA Solutions to meet growth targets. The incumbent will partner with key CenterWell Stakeholders through the following ways:
Develop extensive knowledge and understanding of Centerwell’s MSO/IPA offering and corresponding provider and membership growth strategies
Work independently, and with adjacent market leaders, to develop a deep understanding of the local market competitive landscape, understanding the relationships/impacts to Centerwell product portfolio
Leverage quantitative and qualitative input to drive channel growth and help the business consistently achieve related growth targets
Recognize trends that can complement and/or enhance product offerings
Support complex negotiations, providing key insights that advance agreements with new provider partners
Provide leadership teams with key reporting and insights that help drive alignment around growth projections
Collaborates across teams to provide meaningful input to drive strategic decisions around program design, contracting efforts and capital deployment
Maintaining a focus on the ultimate objective of creating and fostering provider partnerships that are hyper focused on succeeding in a value-based setting through improving patient health outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or other related fields
A minimum of eight years of experience in the health solutions industry with experience in provider engagement and/or provider contracting.
Demonstrated success leading others.
Motivated self-starter that can independently drive engagement with the team and create a positive culture
Must have Extensive Value-based care knowledge
Experience facilitating complex negotiations, providing key insights that advance agreements with new provider partners
Extensive knowledge of regional provider landscape
Proven ability to cultivate relationships and create partnership opportunities with health plans and community organizations across the region
Outcomes focused individual that thrives on outperforming against quantifiable goals
Experience working across a segmented business to align partners towards a common goal
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with a variety of internal & external business leaders
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PPT
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuous growth

Incumbent must be based in Texas
Role requires <50% travel across Texas
Associates must carry insurance in accordance with the state minimum required limits, or $25,000/$25,000/10,000 whichever is higher.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$138,900 - $191,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
