Role Purpose:

If you are looking to shape the digital future of a global conglomerate, then we have a great opportunity for you as part of the Global Data, Analytics and AI COE leadership. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to help establish and drive delivery at Carrier’s NA and EU HVAC business units and guide the business through data transformation initiatives.

This role is accountable for executing the data roadmap for these functions, collaborating with architecture and business executives to ensure alignment with business strategy and priorities. The analytics leader will oversee critical data projects, manage data product development, and enable data-driven decision-making to enhance operational effectiveness.

Ideal candidates will be within a commutable distance of Carrier’s offices in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Atlanta, GA.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the data and insights roadmap for global functions, partnering with CIOs, operations, product, and architecture teams.
2. Serve as the data single point of contact for the business unit for prioritization, strategy, communication, and deployment of insights and analytics.
3. Implement agile methodologies, including Scrum and sprints, to enhance project delivery speed and flexibility.
4. Manage and deliver data insights projects and products on time, within budget, and aligned with value expectations.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and design digital analytics solutions that meet business needs.
6. Ensure product and architecture teams understand and align with the strategic direction of global functions, influencing data strategy, technology decisions, and deployment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in Data and Analytics implementation
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, delivery management, or resource management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in data management or business analysis in manufacturing environments
• Experience with data warehouse and visualization tools like Snowflake, Power BI, and emerging AI technologies
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and supporting tools
• Experience designing and deploying analytics solutions in digital platforms for new product development
