What You Will Do

This position involves providing high-level consulting services within the Guidehouse Clinical Solutions Practice, focusing on transforming clinical operations through virtual, digital, and automated technologies, as well as advanced data analytics. Responsibilities include:

1. Leading cross-continuum consulting engagements for payer and provider organizations.
2. Leveraging industry relationships for sales and engagement opportunities.
3. Managing client relationships at the C-Suite level and delivering operational support.
4. Providing industry expertise and management consulting services.
5. Delivering ROI and financial results through process improvements.
6. Establishing account management relationships with key decision-makers.
7. Implementing industry best practices in clinical care, care management, utilization management, throughput, and post-acute services.
8. Creating client-ready deliverables.
9. Mentoring team members to develop skills.
10. Providing visible leadership within accounts and the practice.

What You Will Need

• 7-10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, including 3 years of client-facing project leadership.
• Recent experience in healthcare provider or payer settings at the management level.
• Ability to lead complex operational change and clinical improvement programs.
• Clinical licensure and a Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong financial and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience with inpatient throughput, utilization review, and denials management.
• Payer care management and quality experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and monitor performance metrics.

Salary and Benefits
