Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading organizational change, culture transformation, or process adoption initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive behavior change and embed new ways of working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence culture, alignment, and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP), with ability to apply them pragmatically.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Experience designing and measuring adoption and culture-related success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives that drive mindset and behavior change.
• Partner with senior leaders to model desired cultural attributes and ways of working.
• Translate transformation objectives into clear behavioral expectations and milestones.
• Develop end-to-end adoption of new processes and operating models across people, process, and tech.
• Embed change into governance forums and performance management where appropriate.
• Define and track adoption and culture metrics to measure success.
• Design and deliver training that supports mindset shifts and coach managers.
