Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in capital equipment engineering, capital project execution, or related field.
• 3+ years leading engineers, project managers, or technical teams.
• Experience leading multiple capital equipment projects from concept through installation, commissioning, and closeout.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Capital Equipment Engineers and drive clear performance expectations and development priorities.
• Manage capital portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and workload balancing to match project schedules and delivery commitments.
• Own development and governance of capital equipment standards, technical contracts, and statements of work.
• Partner with Procurement on sourcing strategies, supplier evaluations, and negotiations to balance technical requirements with total cost of ownership.
• Align internal customers and stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and suppliers to drive project decisions and portfolio performance.
