Boston Medical Center is seeking an Associate Director of Annual Giving to drive unrestricted revenue and oversee a robust annual giving program, including donor segments and employee giving. This role reports to the Director of Annual & Community Giving and leads a dedicated staff.
You will work with the Development Communications team, analyze data to guide strategy, and push for growth in donor acquisition and retention while coordinating across fundraising channels.
Working as a member of the Major Gifts and Individual Giving team, the Associate Director will be responsible for driving unrestricted revenue and executing on a comprehensive annual giving program. He/She will contribute to the team’s fundraising goals by managing the strategic planning, execution, and assessment of a robust and multi-pronged annual giving program. This role will oversee associate/assistant level annual giving staff and report to the Director, Annual & Community Giving. Compensation Range: $97,500.00- $141,500.00 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
