Job summary

Wpromote is seeking an Associate Director to own Amazon DSP strategy and execution for a large-scale portfolio. You will also provide director-level support across 2-3 other full-funnel retail accounts and help sharpen planning and execution across retail DSP.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital media with hands-on Amazon DSP planning and execution.
• Strong programmatic fluency across DSP, Sponsored Products, and display.
• Experience managing large, multi-brand accounts with multi-million budgets.
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to balance client timelines and business needs in a fast-paced agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon DSP strategy, planning, and execution for a large portfolio.
• Support director-level managers across Amazon ads and other retailers.
• Design and manage ad spend across campaigns with cross-channel coordination.
• Monitor trends, opportunities, and spend across brands daily.
• Communicate account health, performance, and opportunities to clients; develop action plans.
