Job summary

Wpromote is seeking an Associate Director to own Amazon DSP strategy and execution for a large-scale portfolio. You will also provide director-level support across 2-3 additional full-funnel retail accounts, shaping how the team plans and executes across retail DSP.

Qualifications

7+ years in digital media with hands-on Amazon DSP planning and execution.
Strong programmatic fluency — PMP vs OMP, inventory deals, audience strategy.
Deep understanding of Amazon DSP ecosystem: DSP, Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, AMC.
Experience with brands with $5M+ annual Amazon budget.
Proven track record leading large, multi-brand accounts.
Familiarity with 3P optimization tools (Pacvue, Skai, Gigi).

Responsibilities

Own full-funnel Amazon DSP strategy, planning, and execution for a large-scale portfolio.
Provide director-level support across 2-3 additional accounts (Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, other retailers).
Design and manage ad spend across campaigns to meet client goals.
Monitor trends and spend across multiple brands.
Communicate account health and opportunities to clients and develop action plans.
Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced agency setting.
Monitor competitors and category trends; audit accounts for improvements.
Develop knowledge of new trends in Amazon and other marketplaces.
Handle special projects to grow the department.
