Job summary

CBRE seeks a BSO Associate Director, BusinessProcess Transformation to lead AI-driven initiatives across accounting and finance, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve process performance and transparency. The role sits in CBRE's Business Transformation Office and emphasizes scalable operating models through automation and AI at scale.

You'll develop roadmaps, allocate resources, and drive adoption and change management, with a focus on delivering measurable cost savings and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 5 years in process improvement, project support, or property accounting.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and document complex business processes and data flows.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a matrixed, multi-industry environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to AI transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop project roadmaps and rollout plans with leadership alignment.
• Identify resources to drive delivery leveraging Agentic AI platform.
• Redesign business processes using AI; test, validate, and release.
• Champion new process rollouts with adoption, comms, and success metrics.
• Prepare stakeholder presentations and oversee process review workshops.
• Oversee design of process metrics and SLAs within Agentic AI.
• Manage issue resolution during hyper-care and escalate to leadership.
• Build relationships with internal clients and platform teams.
• Ensure project completion, cost control, and savings realization.
