Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned leader to define how process transformation work is delivered across industries, setting standards for AI-enabled design and process change. You will coach senior specialists, partner with technology teams, and ensure alignment of process design with AI-enabled deliverables.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive client workshops, and govern execution of transformation roadmaps while expanding AI integration across engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 2 years of deep industry expertise in at least one domain and ability to apply it to transformation methodology design.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing and developing team members.
• Minimum 1 year of experience building, evaluating, and scaling AI-enabled solutions into client work with the ability to explain how AI addresses business problems.

Responsibilities

• Define the process redesign standard for your industry or function and govern its application across engagements.
• Determine client facilitation approach: discovery workshop methodology, recommendation presentations, and approval governance.
• Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodology.
• Apply domain expertise and playbook methodology consistently across engagements.
• Manage client stakeholder facilitation activities and day-to-day relationship management.
• Approve final process designs before client delivery.
• Develop and coach direct reports, and align AI agent experiences with process transformation deliverables across engagements.
