Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in process excellence or management consulting.
• 2+ years of deep industry domain expertise in at least one sector.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing team members.
• 1+ year building AI-enabled solutions into client work and explaining AI value.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI into future-state design for clients and ways of working.
• Define the process redesign standard and govern its application across engagements.
• Determine client facilitation approach, discovery workshops, and governance.
• Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodology.
• Apply domain expertise and playbooks across the portfolio of engagements.
• Manage client stakeholder facilitation and day-to-day relationship management.
• Oversee final design approvals and connect with technology and delivery partners.
• Define how AX Design is embedded in domain methodology across engagements.
