Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
Minimum 1 year of experience delivering project work in a consulting environment or industry domain.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

Produce trend and forces assessments for your assigned industry or function.
Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes.
Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted tools.
Conduct benchmarking analyses with AI-accelerated tools.
Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
Apply AX Design principles when specifying AI integration designs.
Contribute to the reference library and keep domain expertise current.
