The role spans corporate, branded, clinical, and future international sites, with hands-on responsibility from intake to production, bringing in-house capabilities to reduce external vendor reliance and costs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of web production or digital operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on AI production using Claude, with shipped examples.
• Good design judgment with Figma and AI-enabled image tools.
• Working knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, Search Console, and Core Web Vitals.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication across functions.
• Bias toward action and ownership from intake through launch.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the digital platforms, ensuring content is accurate, tested, and published.
• Drive same-day publishing after regulatory review, managing development, staging, and production workflows.
• Make Iovance easy to find by owning technical SEO, structured data, and external data governance.
• Build an AI-enabled production capability, including Figma Weave workflows and in-house asset production.
• Work in a regulated environment, ensuring MLR review, accessibility, privacy, and security standards.
