Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of academic policies, degree requirements, and enrollment management.
• Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and program improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for undergraduate academic advising operations for Computer Science and Statistics & Data Science.
• Supervise, develop, and evaluate advising staff; set goals and assessment practices.
• Lead orientation, onboarding, and transition initiatives with partners.
• Develop advising policies and processes to support student success and timely degree completion.
• Coordinate programs like the Five-Year BS/MS Integrated Program and specialized populations.
