Responsibilities

1. Support Digital Marketing Strategy
2. Assist in developing digital marketing strategies in collaboration with supervisors and other staff.
3. Support the creation and enhancement of marketing automation flows.
4. Help select appropriate digital channels and set KPIs with team input.
5. Build Prospect Pools through Digital Channels
6. Lead SEO and SEM optimization efforts based on team input.
7. Manage Content Creation with 3rd Party Vendors
8. Oversee creation of digital content and optimize for SEO.
9. Manage Google Ads and project schedules with vendors.
10. Utilize Marketing Automation Tools
11. Plan and execute email campaigns, manage email lists, and web forms.
12. Data Analysis and Reporting
13. Measure campaign effectiveness using analytics tools, propose improvements, and report results.

Experience / Qualifications

Required:

• Over 2 years of B2B digital marketing experience.
• Experience with MA tools (Pardot preferred), Google Analytics, advertising platforms, CRM tools (SFDC preferred).
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and generate reports.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred:

• Curiosity about new fields and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
• Willingness to improve English communication skills.
