Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Specialist to join our winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing partner marketing work streams and continued internal collaboration with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a process-oriented mindset.

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Facilitate the coordination and management of multiple Partner Marketing work-streams to ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with the Governance Operating Model.
  • Using your leadership skills, work across the various marketing functions to get all of the stakeholders aligned and on the same page.
  • Roll up your sleeves to help the client coordinate the many moving parts associated with each marketing work stream.
  • Provide operational support to work-stream leads to define and drive project execution by working with the work-stream team members to define, document, estimate the duration of activities and develop schedules to meet project goals ensuring consistency and adherence to the Governance Operating Model.
  • Gather content to communicate and publish the meeting minutes/follow-up actions, provide inputs/outputs into any executive reporting cadence/s as needed.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience (certification is a ++).
  • General knowledge of Marketing Development Funds.
  • Excellent with numbers: budgets and timelines.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a high level of integrity and reliability.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative, incredibly organized and responsive.
  • Proven track record for developing and documenting process improvements.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with proven ability to influence at all levels.
  • Exceptional team player with the ability to develop and foster cross-functional relationships, willing to go the extra mile when needed.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written communications and time management skills.
  • Consistent follow-through and accountability on projects, does not get easily frazzled.
  • Straightforward and clear communicator, able to write, present, and speak for action.
  • Customer service, super positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • BA or BS.
