Responsibilities

• Design and develop Women’s Tops across seasonal collections.
• Create and update CADs, sketches, and tech packs.
• Research seasonal trends, colors, fabrics, trims, and silhouettes.
• Assist with seasonal concept and collection development.
• Select and develop fabrics, trims, colors, and design details.
• Prepare accurate design specifications and technical documentation.
• Partner with Product Development and Production throughout the process.
• Review samples and communicate design updates.
• Maintain organized design files and product information.
• Manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience designing women’s tops, strong technical and creative design skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Women’s Tops across seasonal collections
• Create and update CADs, sketches, and tech packs
• Research seasonal trends, colors, fabrics, trims, and silhouettes
• Assist with seasonal concept and collection development
• Select and develop fabrics, trims, colors, and design details
• Prepare accurate design specifications and technical documentation
• Partner closely with Product Development and Production throughout the development process
• Review samples and communicate design updates and revisions
• Maintain organized design files and product information
• Manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications:

• Strong CAD, sketching, and tech pack skills
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, color, garment construction, and fit
• Experience with trend research and seasonal concept development
• Understanding of the apparel product development process
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Design, Product Development, and Production
• Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Orange County, CA
